A land of wonders

The Gîte Les Pousaraches is a place where fine produce is grown. During your stopover in La Baume-de-Transit, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy them.

Call on Sylvie, your host. She will teach you everything you need to know about her products and their cultivation. Passionate, she knows how to share her knowledge with the travelers she welcomes to her cottages in Drôme Provençale!

All our productions

You will discover, for example, our lavender, wildflower, and chestnut honey. We produce pomegranate juice and jelly thanks to our pomegranate orchard. We also have truffle oaks, grapevines, and lavender.

We also have an olive grove. We produce a distinctive olive oil from several varieties: Tanche, Aglandau, Rougette, and Pichtoline. We are also in the process of transitioning to organic olive oil production. On the remaining 3 hectares, we plan to develop a pistachio orchard, for example.

A 5-minute drive from Gîte Les Pousaraches, in Montségur-sur-Lauzon, is Mas de Sérigoux, run by Sylvie's parents. You will find all our products for sale there.
